It was an early call. Way too early for Mark Sloan when he wasn’t
on call. Eyes fluttering open to the A M B E R light peering through the
cracked shades of his loft window. Groaning from the early awakening,
But the moment he saw the caller ID, and the message, he was out of
the bed. Just after he slipped in some clothes his fingers came to wrap
around a box filled with baby essentials he had been collecting over the
past couple of weeks. This was his chance, his chance to prove to Addison
that he could be that p e r s o n she needed. He could be a great father,
despite her thoughts otherwise.·
Stepping up to the door, where it all BEGAN. Flashing memories racing through his mind. Hearing the pleas and yelling from Addison and Derek as he slipped on his clothes from their bedroom. Not a feeling of guilt once striking him, even when the ripple sound of the door slamming echoed through the halls as he made his way into the pouring rain out the back. Knowing if he stayed for any longer Derek would punch him INTO next week. It had been a mistake, falling in love with her, but he was to deep in the f e e l i n g s to go back. Which is why when she had told him she was pregnant, the love only grew, or at least that’s what it felt like. But he had a chance now, she was giving him a chance, Mark knew it was because she most likely didn’t have another choice. But that didn’t stop him from racing over, fighting for a part in this kids life, for a part in her life.

There are very few things I won't RP, but the two I absolutely refuse to rp are anything having to do with eye surgery and threads that involve cheating when there's more than two writers involved. Childhood years of Mark Sloan.
In the teen/young adult years of Mark Sloan.
Mark, Derek, and Addison all live in New York. Derek is married to Addison in what people think is a ‘happy’ relationship but really Mark is screwing his best friends wife behind his back.
This is the main, canon verse set up until the plane crash leading to his death.
These are set during the days Mark as the ‘surge.‘

Lexie Grey’s death is still canon but Mark Sloan pulls off a miracle, now having to find the broken pieces of his life that were scattered.
Addison never had Mark’s baby aborted and they build a family together with their daughter Ella.
Despite the percussions it would bring to the bromance of Mark and Derek, Mark continues to pursue his little sister Amelia Shepherd.
Although Addison did abort Mark’s baby and leave him to go fight for Derek one last time, the two end up getting back together down the line.
What would have happened if Mark and Lexie had lived through the plane crash.
Sent years into the future, long after Lexie Grey and Henry Burton have passed–Mark Sloan and Teddy Altman get a second chance at love.
